What subscriptions are available?: A base subscription includes the calculation of FEA results with checking against design criteria. The next level up includes a general bill of materials / bill of operations for estimating the cost of your design. The premium subscription adds a design optimization routine.
What do I need to install on my computer?: Nothing. All the number crunching occurs on our cloud based servers.
Why do I need to log in with Amazon and how am I charged?: We use Amazon for user authentication and to handle our billing. Your charge information is maintained by Amazon for your added security.

How does the trial work?: We offer a 15 day trial for new users. When you sign up from your first subscription you will not be billed until the end of the trial period. You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to the end of the trial period and not be charged.
How do I cancel the subscription?: To cancel your subscription you log into your account at Amazon and simple cancel your subscription.
What happen when I cancel my subscription?: We charge in monthly increments. When you cancel your subscription you will be able to run simulations through the end of your current period
